Readi Relief / Ready Relief
I have a lot of customers contact me in search of an older Rawleigh item named Readi Relief. Ready Relief was a mentholated spray that individuals would use to help relieve stuffy nasal passages. A lot of people would put some on a hankerchief and keep it by their pillow at night to relief. Unfortunately this product was discontinued from the US/CA/UK Rawleigh product line several years ago. The next best product we have is the Medicated Ointment. I have heard of individuals doing the same with the hankerchief with the Medicated Ointment. I personally have placed about a teaspoon of the Medicated Ointment in a cup of water in a small potpourri pot and run it in the bedroom at night. The vapors permeate the room giving instant relief. I also have placed in on top of and under my nose before bedtime if Im very congested. If you havent tried the Medicated Ointment, it is also great to rub on your chest for added relief.
The Rawleigh's Medicated Ointment has other uses too. It has been known to be used for blisters, boils, chapped hands, chicken pox (to stop itching) ,insect bites, hives, sore muscles (as a massage ointment), pierced ears (to prevent soreness and infection), prickly heat rashes, rheumatism, Neuropathy (tingling in the feet) sciatica, sinus problems, and even warts!
