Terms and Conditions

By accessing this web site and when you place an order, you are agreeing to be bound by the following:


1. Taxes

Taxes are collected and forwarded to the taxing authority for applicable states. The tax you see on your summary is an ESTIMATE and may be higher than your local rate due to cities and counties having different local amounts.  YOUR CARD IS NOT CHARGED WHEN YOU SUBMIT YOUR ORDER. It is charged after I verify your taxes and adjusted it accordingly. This means that your may be slightly less or more than the estimate. It all depends on if an local taxes are added to your state rate. 
 

2. Pricing

Pricing for the US and overseas orders are in US Dollars. Canadian prices are in Canadian Dollars. Canadian prices are shown on the product pages and you need to click the Canadian price to put that price in your shopping cart.  If you do not do so and add the US dollar price instead, your order will be converted to the Canadian dollar prices when it is processed.  Placing your order constitutes your acceptance of this pricing change to your order if needed.
 

3. Personal Use Shipping for Canadian Orders.

Personal Use Products are products that we are not allowed to stock in the Canadian warehouse and must be shipped from our US warehouse.  Shipping charges are higher for these items. $14.95 fee applies to all parcels up to 1 pound. A 75ยข charge applies for each additional pound.  This is not a charge in addition to the shipping you see in the cart. The shipping fee will be adjusted to reflect this change when it is physically processed.   Any items marked as Persona Use items may not be re-sold. All Personal Use prices listed are in U.S. dollars. A maximum three-month supply may be ordered for any given item. Personal Use orders may not be combined with a regular Canadian order. Duties and taxes may apply. Personal Use orders may take up to six weeks for delivery.   Placing your order constitutes your acceptance of this additional fee added to your order.

4. Personal Use Fulfillment Fee

This is a new fee applicable April 1, 2018. It is calculated as 10% of total order, with a minimum fee of $5. You will not see this fee in the shopping cart but will be added when the order is physcially processed.  Placing your order constitutes your acceptance of this additional fee added to your order.

5. Terms

By accessing this web site, you are agreeing to be bound by these web site Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this web site are protected by applicable copyright and trade mark law.


6. Use License
