Naturally rich in many nutrients, bee pollen is an excellent source of vitamins A,C,D,E, and B complex vitamins. Gathered directly from the beehive located in the high desert regions and then cold-processed, bee pollen contains the 22 basic elements that the body requires. It's the only food that contains them all. Bee pollen is made of approximately 50% carbohydrates and 30% protein, making it an excellent source for energy. Available in 500 mg (Honeybee Pollen) and 1500 mg (Honeybee PROfessional Pollen) strengths.

Bee pollen and propolis are botanicals collected by bees from the resin, sap and pollen of flowers. A majority of people who are allergic to bee stings have no reaction to bee pollen or propolis. However, since 1 in 200,000 people are allergic to bee pollen, it is prudent to start with a very small piece under the tongue to test for any allergic response. Redness, itching and/or swelling indicate an allergic response. This response is rare and unrelated to a bee sting allergy.

Here is a word on this wonderful product's history and power from Dr. Troy Sanford:

"At the beginning of 2004, I made a yearlong commitment to add Honeybee Pollen to my afternoon routine. I am so happy I made that decision! Goldshield Elite Honeybee Pollen lifts me up each afternoon when I might otherwise feel sluggish or tired. Each day after lunch, I take about 10 different supplements including 3,000 to 4,500 mg of Elite’s Honeybee Pollen. Because of this routine, I’ve bolstered my defenses, increased my energy and have taken significant steps to control my general disposition, therefore, I feel and act like I want to feel and act.

"The history of bee pollen dates back to around 1,500 B.C. Tributes and taxes were collected in the form of honey, wax and bee pollen. Hippocrates, considered the father of modern medicine wrote, ‘Honey and pollen cause warmth, clean sores and ulcers…’ circa 50 B.C., Cicero pointed out the virtues of bee pollen as strength and long life.

"The stress of life can wear on all of us. Many people, including myself, can use some extra energy, mental clarity, and adrenal support. The biggest benefits of Elite’s Honeybee Pollen are: increased energy, enhanced immune system strength, reduced and diminished allergies. It really helps me to stay positive and in control of my disposition.

"While the history of bee pollen is interesting, your future with bee pollen is even more exciting. Here is what I recommend – Try it. Honeybee pollen is perfectly balanced and completely natural. It is an important part of my daily nutritional program. When used regularly, you might find that it can rejuvenate, energize and empower you too."
