Do you still have Tri-Chromaleane or Thermolift Classic? NO!!! These products were eliminated from our product line due to the Ephedra issues. It is now illegal to sell or purchase them in the United States. I know there is ambiguous information on the internet regarding the legality of Ephedra/Muhaung products. But it IS STILL ILLEGAL!! Can I mix and match your products? Yes! In fact our products are designed so that they work even better when combined with other items.
Can children take your products? The only product we have designed specifically for children is Kid's Stuff. We do not recommend our products to individuals under 18 years of age, but you can always print out the product page and check with your Pediatrician.
I take coumadin (blood thinner). Should I be concerned with taking Oral Chelation? No. Oral Chelation is a food-sourced supplement that does not contain significant blood thickening/thinning factors. But, taking in too much Vitamin K, or taking aspirin, are valid concerns while you are on coumadin. Consult your physician or pharmacist for the complete risk/benefit picture of this or any other drug.
I am taking the statin drug Baycol in combination with several other pharmaceuticals. Can I take and should i take PDR? YES! Why cant I reach you by phone? I am an individual working from home. This website is my personal site and I am the only one that answers emails and process orders received through it. I also have a toddler that I am taking care of so my time is limited. I have attempted to include phone service for customers, but have had to terminate it. Please email me with any questions, concerns or potential orders, and I will assist you in any manner that I can. If I cannot answer your questions or help you, I will refer you to someone who can.
What type of payments do you accept? We accept various forms of payments. Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express are always accepted. You can also use your debit card as a credit card. Checks and money orders are also welcomed. Any of these payment can be chosen through the online checkout process.
What countries do you accept orders from? Orders can be shipped to United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Austria, Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxemburg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland. If your country is not listed we are currently not setup to process orders in your area.
How do you ship? The method of shipping depends on the weight of the package. Packages under 2 pounds will be delivered by regular postal mail. Packages over 2 pounds are delivered by UPS or similiar delivery service. Packages delivered in Canada are shipped by UPS.
Where is my order coming from? We have warehouses in West Palm Beach, Florida (USA Orders), Greely, Ontario (Most Canadian Orders) and Thornton Heath, UK (Most UK and Eurpean Orders)

How do I check the status of my order? Your products should arrive in 7-10 business days. What is your return policy? Depends on if your a Member or a Retail customer
Members Return Policy: If you change your mind for any reason and decide to return something, simply contact our Member Services Department 1-866-218-8142 and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Credits/Exchanges will be processed under the status of your level in Elite. Members are entitled to a product exchange if they are dissatisfied with a purchase. You will be charged a $5.95 restocking fee. Exchange must be made within 90 days of the purchase date.
Retail Return Policy: Elite offers a 60 day money-back guarantee on product purchases. Retail customers who are dissatisfied with their purchase may return the product within 60 days for a refund of the purchase price. Again, simply contact our Member Services Department 1-866-218-8142 and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). You will be charged a $5.95 restocking fee. For returns made after 60 days, a product exchange of equal value will be available.

Where are you located? I personally am a Distributor of Goldshield Elite located in South Carolina. Goldshield Elite is located in Florida and has distribution centers in Canada and the United Kingdom.
Why didnt Herbal-Connection appear on my credit card statment? I personally do not have the ability to process credit cards. All credit card orders are processed by Goldshield Elite and that is who will appear on your statement.
