Your satisfaction is important to us! We offer a No Questions Asked Return policy. Simply follow the procedure listed below that pertains to you.
Your return procedure depends on what type of order you placed.
MEMBER RETURN POLICY: A member is someone that paid a membership fee to get products at a cheaper price and either is still on the autoship program or has canceled an autoshipment. If as a Member you change your mind for any reason and decide to return something, simply contact our Member Services Department 1-866-218-8142 and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. Credits/Exchanges will be processed under the status of your membership in Elite. Exchanges must be made within 90 days of the purchase date. If you received an autoshipment and do not want it, you still need to contact Member Services to get a RMA number. Please do not simply refuse your parcel as this will delay your refund!!! All returns or exchanges will be subject to a $5.95 restocking fee unless you are returning an incorrect product that was shipped to you.
RETAIL RETURN POLICY: Elite offers a 60 day money-back guarantee on product purchases. Retail customers who are dissatisfied with their purchase may return the product within 60 days for a refund of the purchase price. Again, simply contact our Member Services Department 1-866-218-8142 and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). For returns made after 60 days, a product exchange of equal value will be available. All returns or exchanges will be subject to a $5.95 restocking fee unless you are returning an incorrect product that was shipped to you.
