Rawleigh Almond Extract is a delicate, slightly sweet, rich and distinctive taste for your baking needs. The smooth flavor enhances a wide variety of cookies and desserts.

Almond extract, a flavoring, is made by dissolving the essential oil of almonds in an alcohol base and it is especially good in cookies and cakes.   It's potent, so recipes usually call for no more than a teaspoon.
