Recommended Daily Dose
Take 2 Flexezy GC XBS capsules in the morning and 2 capsules in the evening until improvements in joint function and health are observed. Thereafter you may continue the above dosage or decrease to one capsule in the morning and one in the evening. Capsules can be taken before meals or with meals, as you prefer.
